Presentation Guidelines

All presentations must be written and presented in English. There will be six thematic sessions, with presentations of about 15 minutes with 5 minutes for questions from the audience.

A PC plataform will be provided for oral presentations. Speakers must bring presentations in a format compatible with MS Windows and have their presentations ready for loading on the day before scheduled.

Recording (photographing, audio taping or videotaping) any oral presentation is prohibited, except by individuals authorized by the host committee or by first authors who want to photograph their own presentation.


Poster Presentations

All posters must be written and presented in English. All posters will be wall-mounted and must be a maximum size of 90 cm wide and 120 cm high. We will provide materials to hang the posters.

Keep in mind that posters should be readable by viewers from distances of at least 90 cm away. The message should be clear and understandable. Avoid large text with few figures. More useful information about poster presentation can be found at SVP site.
